Organization

So we are getting more active people. We need to be more organized so we don't have people asking/begging to do bosses or TT runs and also let the people who help out a lot to go level up too.

Saturday - TT Days (Mostly for weapons for 60)
Sunday - Bosses
Monday - FB (Any, Wine needed for 51+ : Can help with mats to make if needed.)

This is only a suggestion, not trying to enforce this without officer approval.

I totally agree with Petra. Thank you hun for posting this. I think we should all agree to it and enforce it.

Other than boss day and stuff. Another big problem i feel would be TW attendence. I feel that alot of pple dont really feel the importance of signing up when they can "login at last min and form their own squad, and just simply play for fun." What im suggesting is, if you did not sign up within the TW registration timeframe(Suggesting wednesday, so thursday onwards can be used to plan.), they will get a penalty in their TW pay. This is what i'm suggesting, i wonder what you pple think abt it. Offer me some opinion plx )

After planning strategy and stuffs, i would like to see the squad list to be actually posted on forum, so our fellow guildies would know which team they are in. Also, post in what they are expected to be working on during TW.

Gathering time for TW shouldnt be 30minutes TW. Instead, we should gather up 1hour before TW, 30minutes for guildies to get ready, 30mins for briefing.

And also, if i did not remember wrongly, usually guilds do pay a different rate for various level range. This would help to motivates guildies to try and level much more quickly or something. i'm not so sure. but thats what i see other guilds doing.

well the signing up can be hard for people with unorganized schedule
because since i am in school i dono if i might be able to get on or not
but if i do i announce in game so they can add me to squad or something. It makes me feel bad if i sign up and now be able to show up.
